We are looking for an organised and experienced administrator to work on the Adult Acute Inpatient Mental Health Ward based in County Hospital. Talygarn Ward is a 20 bed inpatient unit providing mental health care to working age males and females.
Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will have experience of working with computer packages and Windows Applications and be an effective team player as well as the ability to work autonomously. Experience of working within a mental health setting would be beneficial but not essential.

Person Specification Qualifications- RSAII Typewriting, Word Processing or equivalent
- Medical Secretary qualification, including terminology
- Administrative experience, preferably within an healthcare environment
- Supervision of administrative or health record team of staff
- Good knowledge of IT and Windows applications
- Excellent organisational abilities
- ePex literate or good understanding of data bases.
