Our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home – Life Practitioners (Night)
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Life Practitioner to join our team at An Caladh House in Lincolnshire. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
Starting hourly rates are £12.85 for Level 1, £13.35 for Level 2 and £13.85 for Level
3. Drivers can earn higher rates as they progress through our competency framework, unlocking new pay grades.
As a Night Life Practitioner you will:
- Transport residents to community activities, appointments and outings using a company vehicle.
- Assist residents with day‑to‑day living activities during the night shift.
- Ensure safety, accuracy of documentation and effective communication with colleagues.
- Valid UK full driving licence with a minimum of two years continuous driving experience.
- Genuine passion for care and motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
- Strong team player, resilient, and confident in seeking support when needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or a commitment to work towards one.
- Experience working with people with severe learning disabilities or complex needs is desirable.
