The Wallich is seeking a dedicated Night Senior Support Worker to cover Bridgend residential projects. You will be on duty for 37.5 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota, including weekends, with shifts from 19:45 to 08:00.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe night-time presence, responding to disturbances and emergencies, and coordinating lone-working and out-of-hours resources. This role requires Enhanced DBS clearance and a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
