Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Specialist to join the Stroke Early Supported Discharge (ESD) service within the East Integrated Health Community.
The post provides specialist assessment, treatment and clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary ESD team to support patients with complex rehabilitation needs and safe discharge from inpatient care.
