Our solutions are designed for quick setup with tailored functionality to meet unique industry needs.

This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role located in Pontypool. The System Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.

This role offers hands‑on exposure across Windows and Linux environments, security tooling, infrastructure management, deployment processes, and ISO
27001 initiatives within a collaborative technical team.

• Support and monitor the company’s servers, networks, and business‑critical systems.
• Manage system security, patching, updates, and backups.
• Work alongside development and configuration teams to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and maintain service availability.
• Contribute towards the development and implementation of IT policies, processes, and documentation in line with industry best practices.
• Play a key role in supporting the business towards achieving and maintaining ISO
  27001 accreditation.
• System Administrator experience – minimum of 2 years.

• Windows Server / Active Directory
• MySQL
• Virtual infrastructure and load balancers
• Security tooling including Sentinel One
• Patch and release management

• Training and development support
• Exposure to infrastructure and security projects
