Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP BASIS

Experience with SAP ECC 6.0

Strong skills in SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting

Ability to work independently and prioritise support needs

Prior experience in ticket-based or support roles

Role Responsibilities

Respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues as they arise

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address critical incidents

Document fixes and provide recommendations for recurring problems

Monitor overall system health and apply patches or fixes as required
