Maintenance Engineer – £44,000 + Training + Optional Overtime + Pension + Company Benefits. Commutable from:
Newport, Cardiff, Abergavenny, Pontypool, Pontypridd, Caerphilly, Chepstow, Merthyr Tydfil or surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a mechanical maintenance background to join a well-established, globally renowned manufacturer, offering a 4 on 4 off shift with in‑the‑job training. This is a great chance to join a family‑run OEM, working on specialist equipment in a modern environment with further training and optional overtime to boost earnings.

The company is an established blue‑chip manufacturer known for high quality products and strong staff retention and treatment.

In this 4 on 4 off role, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance and breakdowns across a state‑of‑the‑art production site.

This role would suit someone from a mechanical maintenance background, looking for stable work with a great employer that offers training and overtime.

• 4 on 4 off rotating: 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am.
• PPMs and breakdowns.
• On the job training and optional overtime.

• Mechanical Maintenance background.
• Manufacturing / Production experience.
• Based in Cardiff, Newport or surrounding areas.
