• Day shift: 5am–5pm or 9am–9pm, 4 on 4 off rota
• Must be able to work full-time on a long-term basis

• Producing high-quality bread, muffins, and rolls as part of the team on a production line
• Supporting shift leaders to achieve targets
• Keeping the work area hygienic
• Potentially standing for up to 12 hours depending on shift

• Experience in food production — essential
• Reliable with the ability to show initiative
• Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
• Great communication skills
• Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)

Regular work following a rota schedule leading to a permanent position.

The environment is very hot to work in and the work is manual, requiring some heavy lifting.
