Up to £50k per annum Responsibilities Work closely with production teams to ensure clear communication of priorities, deadlines, and project milestones. Monitor progress across multiple concurrent projects and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Maintain production trackers, planning documents, and build progress reports to support operational visibility. Coordinate workshop resources and labour allocation in line with business priorities. Assist in the development and implementation of digital planning and production tracking systems.
Support production planning activities to optimise workflow, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Ensure materials, components, and parts are available and ready prior to production commencing. Produce and maintain project schedules, timelines, and planning documentation, including Gantt charts. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workshop organisation and productivity. Requirements Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, composites, or similar production environment.
Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple teams. Confident working in both hands-on production environments and office-based settings. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning or project tracking software. Detail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving approach. Capable of managing changing priorities and balancing multiple ongoing projects. Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience with in bespoke, low-volume manufacturing environments. Previous involvement in production planning, scheduling, or project coordination roles. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and Gantt chart management. Exposure to specialist manufacturing or complex build projects.
