We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our clients production team. You'll be responsible for operating a 3-axis CNC router, using CAD/CAM software, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and programme a CNC Router using CAD/CAM (Maestro) software.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
- Optimise component nesting to maximise efficiency and material usage.
- Produce high-quality products to specification.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and checks.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
- Support other production areas as required.
- Minimum 2 years' CNC routing/cutting machine experience.
- Ability to read engineering and technical drawings.
- Experience working to production targets in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Maestro preferred).
- Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Reliable, proactive, and safety conscious.
- Full-time, 40-hour week.
