ACLU-PA is seeking a mission-driven Director of Advocacy and Policy to guide strategy and execution of civil liberties advocacy across Pennsylvania. The role will coordinate policy, advocacy, organizing, and communications to advance liberty and justice, building partnerships with communities and coalitions.
The Director will lead a team to enhance visibility and impact while fostering a collaborative, transparent culture and ensuring a proactive, people-centered approach to civil rights issues
