Gap Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a client in Monmouthshire for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the Neighbourhood Services team. The role is outdoors, maintaining parks, open spaces, schools, cemeteries and other sites to keep them safe and well-presented for residents and visitors.
You'll work as part of a team delivering high‑quality services, with duties including grass cutting, landscape work and occasional emergency response, alongside training and development opportunities.
