Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a £100 million turnover manufacturer in Monmouth to recruit a Head of Quality to lead the UK quality function. This highly autonomous role offers significant responsibility and the chance to shape the future of the quality strategy.
You will oversee the UK QMS, drive continuous improvement, manage supplier RCAs, train line managers, and report to the UK Head of Operations. Some travel to UK and overseas offices may be required.
