Cotswold Outdoor in Wales is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a busy store team, deliver outstanding service and keep daily operations running smoothly, including weekends on a 24-hour weekly schedule.
You'll mentor colleagues, perform services like boot fitting, manage opening/closing, cashing up, and step in when Store Manager is away.
