• Sales Management:
  Effectively manage your sales areas, maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving growth.
• Partner
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with our partners' sales teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to area growth.
• Distributor Support:
  Engage with distributors in the Electrical Wholesale industry to inspire and assist them in stocking and promoting our products, providing the tools and resources they need for success.
• Communication:
  Maintain ongoing communication with key partners through various platforms, including face-to-face meetings, emails, and video calls.
• Data Analysis:
  Monitor sales trends, track performance, and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Training and Merchandising:
  Support distributor sales teams through training sessions, merchandising support, and in-field activities to help boost product sales.
• Events and Demonstrations:
  Represent our brands at trade shows, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and attend events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Experience:
  
  A customer-focused individual with a proven track record in sales, account management, or distributor support.
• Skills:
  
  Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attributes:
  Resilient, adaptable, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Driving License:
  Essential.
