BRC Jobs is seeking a Floating Support Worker in Torfaen to provide direct housing support for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will assess housing needs, develop personalised plans, and help clients access safe accommodation within the community.
The role involves budgeting, tenancy management, and collaborating with landlords and agencies to secure housing options. A UK driving licence and enhanced DBS are required, with a Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 schedule on a fixed-term basis
