About You

You will have:

  • Significant experience working directly with children, young people and families.
  • Experience of delivering family focused group work or community based interventions.
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing and partnership working.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt practice to different settings.
  • A flexible, solution focused approach aligned to early intervention and prevention.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. A DBS check is required. Welsh language skills are desirable.

You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
