University of South Wales – Pontypridd campus (hybrid model)

Academic Registry is a professional service department delivering key administration and information services for students. This role supports the administrative activity in the Scheduling and Exams Team.

• Work with colleagues to deliver first‑class services to students, faculties and partners.
• Support scheduling and exams administrative processes.
• Proactively manage tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Learn and develop skills in university administration.

Primary work at Pontypridd campus with travel to other USW campuses and homeworking. A flexible approach to working hours may be necessary, with occasional work outside normal office hours.

Full time, fixed‑term for 2 years.

Starting salary £24,685 per annum.
