Part Time payroll and admin assistant

We're recruiting for a Part Time payroll and admin assistant to join an established and friendly recruitment company based in Pontypridd.

This is a varied role including Payroll – Administration and compliance.
You'll be joining a extremely busy family-owned recruitment company . No two days are the same, and full training will be provided.

You'll also have ~
Great telephone manner
Be able to work in a busy office
Communicate with candidates and clients
Asist with incoming emails and telephone calls
Provide general administration for payroll function

We're looking for someone who is:
Highly Organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working on your own initiative
Confident enough to ask questions
Able to follow instructions and processes and keep accurate records
Dependable and reliable
Use ( Xero
- Excel – Word)

The role This is a permanent, part-time position working approximately 20 hours a week Monday - Friday. Working hours are approximately 10-2 although there may be some flexibility.

You'll receive full training and work closely with the divisional manager.
