Workshop Controller

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Workshop Controller in the Treforest area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

• Starting basic salary circa £30,000 per annum
• £36,000 OTE based on CSI, Labour Sales and Upsell. This is uncapped and can be heavily exceeded
• Full in‑house and manufacturer‑approved training provided
• Workplace pension scheme
• 22 days annual holiday allowance plus 8 bank holidays, increasing over the continuous length of service

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work

• Have a previous working experience within a similar role
• Strong Leadership skills
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
