We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for high:profile development in central Cardiff. The project is currently transitioning from external envelope completion to major internal fit:out.

• Oversee daily on:site operations for both internal trades and external facade works.
• Ensure all subcontractors adhere to the project programme and H and S standards.
• Conduct site inductions, tool:box talks, and manage daily site diaries.
• Monitor quality control for internal finishes and external structural integrity.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, and First Aid at Work.
• Proven experience in mid:to:high rise residential or commercial developments.
• Strong background in managing both internal fit:out and external envelope packages.
• Must be available to start immediately.
