TfW Business Daily Group is seeking a customer service-focused individual to provide first line support across telephone, email and other channels for TfW projects in a fixed-term month contract.
You will work a variety of shifts between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday, supporting initiatives such as fflecsi and Concessionary Travel Cards while delivering a high standard of customer experience.
