Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Customer Services Adviser to provide a welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient first point of contact for our tenants and customers.

• Deliver services efficiently, effectively, and with a focus on value for money.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring services are responsive to customer needs and feedback.
• Support day-to-day delivery of Housing Management and Asset Management, ensuring performance targets and standards are met.
• Support and contribute to team objectives, learning, and wellbeing as appropriate.
• Use data, insights, and feedback to identify and implement service improvements.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement and service development, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to improving services, processes, and outcomes in a dynamic working environment.
• Ensure accurate reporting to managers on performance, risks, and outcomes.
• Promote health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance with organisational policies.
