The Governing Body of Ysgol Ty Coch are seeking to appoint highly motivated Teaching Assistants to support the teachers and pupils on their journey.
Responsibilities- Engage with pupils with special educational needs.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver learning programmes.
- Assist in personal care including feeding and changing, etc.
- Implement various strategies as instructed by the class teacher.
- Work as part of a team and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Support pupils by helping them make good progress and have memorable days.
- Experience in a school is an advantage but not essential.
- High aspirations for themselves, pupils and the school.
- Dedication to improving the quality of life of children and their families.
- Willing to learn how best to work with, play and teach children with additional learning needs.
- A highly talented, hardworking, and happy staff team.
- A supportive and compassionate leadership team focused on achieving the best outcomes for pupils, staff and families.
