New Directions Education are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supply team in the Caerphilly Borough. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HLTA who enjoys working across different year groups and school settings while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons, support learning across EYFS to KS1 and KS2, lead small group and 1:1 interventions, and contribute to safeguarding.
