Equal Teaching is recruiting a compassionate support worker to assist pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) including ASD, ADHD and SEMH. You will provide one-to-one or small group support, tailor-made to each learner, and help the class teacher manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
You will work closely with teaching staff, ALNCo colleagues and external professionals to encourage independence, confidence and progress while upholding safeguarding standards.
