Cover Supervisor – Full‑time Long‑Term

These schools in Pontypridd are looking for a reliable Cover Supervisor with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre‑set work and maintain positive behaviour throughout lessons.

• Experience working with secondary school students
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
