A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Civils Operative / Traffic Marshal for a temporary role at the National Grid 400kV substation in Cilfynydd. The successful candidate will manage vehicle and plant movements, assist with civil works, and ensure adherence to strict safety standards in a high-voltage environment. A valid Traffic Marshal qualification and NG Person status are essential.

Candidates must be available for the entire contract period starting February 16, 2026.
