Role Overview And Responsibilities

Starting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Abercynon, Wales
, this programme puts you right at the heart of our manufacturing operations. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and work on real projects that shape how our products are designed, built, and improved - all while supporting our global commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Through a series of hands‑on rotations across the manufacturing operation, you’ll gain real responsibility from day one. You’ll dive into production planning and scheduling within a fast‑paced environment, get directly involved in kitting and material availability, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Along the way, you’ll work on live continuous improvement projects, learning problem‑solving techniques, boosting yield, and helping drive productivity improvements that make a real impact on the business.

Upon successful completion of the two‑year scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you.
