In this role, you will manage the day-to-day technical function, provide advanced engineering support, coordinate projects, develop team performance, and drive process improvements across the business.

You will also support research and development activities while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations. The Role:

The Person :
Previous experience in a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or similar role Strong mechanical engineering background Degree qualified in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline desirable Reference Number: BBBH
