Mobile Team Leader

Responsibilities

You're will play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:

• Perform various mobile security tasks such as locks / unlocks internal and external patrols alarm responses vacant property inspections and escort services
• Maintain a professional polite and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients their staff and Securitas colleagues
• Assist the control room (Mobile Dispatch) with adhoc requests ensuring smooth distribution and collation of information for current and upcoming shifts
• Adhere to key management processes assignment instructions and escalation procedures in case of incidents or emergencies
• Assist neighbouring branches and participate in investigations or other tasks as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager

• A valid SIA licence
• Full driving licence
• Flexibility to work days and weekends
• The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history

• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
