Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Pontypridd FP branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice helping customers with everyday banking needs and queries.
You’ll be supported by a close-knit team and have opportunities to learn new skills while delivering excellent service and safeguarding customers against risk.
