Therapies Lead Podiatry Administrator – Temple B'nai Abraham
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide administrative support to our podiatry department. The role involves managing referrals, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Manage referrals to the podiatry service.
- Arrange clinical appointments in response to telephone calls.
- Respond to enquiries from healthcare professionals and users.
- Perform clerical duties as directed by the Senior Podiatry Clerk.
Qualifications and
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 GCSE/O-levels (or equivalent) including English & Maths.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience using a health system is advantageous.
- Welsh speaking & listening skills at Level 3 (CEFR B2) or higher are desirable but not essential.
