MPMMale Personal Assistant

Position Overview

Support an individual in developing independent living and social skills, encouraging community engagement.

• Prompt hygiene and personal care management.
• Provide general domestic assistance.
• Accompany to appointments and assist with weekly grocery shopping.
• Support participation in chosen community activities.

Approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Pay: £16.00 per hour plus 40p mileage for car use.

• Male, due to personal care support needs.
• Personal care experience and ability to communicate clearly.
• Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and patience while building trust.
• Flexible schedule with short‑notice changes.
• Ownership of a car and capacity to use it for work duties.

Position is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS Disclosure (Police Check) completed prior to employment. The Local Authority will cover the cost of the check. All candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Employment requires a National Insurance number and will begin with an initial trial period.

Wages will be paid monthly. Appropriate holiday pay will be provided. This role is part‑time and requires a National Insurance number.
