• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with manual handling using appropriate equipment
• Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
• Supporting residents with daily activities to promote independence

• Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
• Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
• Compassionate approach and a desire to improve residents’ quality of life
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
