As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily living while promoting dignity, independence and choice.

• Supporting residents with personal care and dressing
• Assisting with meals, hydration and mobility
• Monitoring and recording residents' wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Supporting activities and social engagement
• Working closely with care and nursing colleagues to deliver outstanding care

• Caring and compassionate nature
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and committed approach
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
