IT Support Team Leader – New Opportunity at Drive
Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next step? Do you come from a 1st/2nd Line support background and enjoy supporting others while delivering high-quality IT services? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.
Drive is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our IT function, reporting to the ICT & Digital Manager.
Based in Nantgarw, supporting our IT services across South Wales.
In this role, you will:- Lead a small IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team
- Remain hands-on with technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations
- Help improve IT processes and service standards
- Proven experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT support role
- Some experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding colleagues
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across core Microsoft technologies
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £33,610.75 (CEN
5) - Closing date: 19th of June 2026
