- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional Service Now solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, workflow automation, and customization.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and post‑implementation support.
- Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and platform optimization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong experience (typically 4–8 years) in Service Now implementations, with both functional and technical exposure.
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes and Service Now architecture.
- Expertise in scripting, workflows, integrations, and configuration within Service Now.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Configure, customize, and extend Service Now modules based on business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis, process assessments, and propose optimization strategies.
- Support technical integration discussions and implementation efforts.
- Drive adoption and provide end‑to‑end expertise throughout the Service Now lifecycle.
