Conveyancing Paralegal

A developing and expanding legal practice in the heart of Pontypridd are keen to appoint a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their firm to continue in their recent success. This is a modern, forward thinking law firm in Pontypridd centre who are experiencing a strong period of growth.

The firm offers a different approach to conveyancing where you will be working in a small team made up of fee earners and assistants.

The successful candidate will be tasked with handling their own caseload of high quality matters for the region’s main developers.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Paralegal / Legal Assistant with at least 6 - 12 months experience working in Residential Property –there may be some commercial matters but will be minimal
• You will be used to handling files from initial instruction through to completion covering every part of the conveyancing process
• Ensuring transactions are managed proactively and clients, referrers and potential referrers receive the highest levels of customer service
• You will have support but you should be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to meet tight deadlines

I am seeking individuals with experience in freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, and shared ownership, new plot purchases.

The position requires the ability to handle a caseload from instruction to completion and would suit someone who can work full time.

Although supervised, as an experienced handler you will have the autonomy to progress files to conclusion.
