Cover Cleaner

About The Role

This is a zero‑hours Cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

• Dedicate time on site to going the extra mile and meeting Atlas’ clients’ needs.
• Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all time.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
• Positive and friendly attitude; eager to learn and thrive.
• Local to the area.
• Prior cleaning experience (though we can fully train you if you match our positive approach).
