Cleaner - Llys y Dderwen Complex

Overview

Temporary/Secondment – Part Time cleaning role with Carmarthenshire County Council. Contract ends 31 December 2026.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the County’s premises, including office buildings, residential homes and commercial facilities.

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and emptying waste bins.
• Replacing consumable items and performing deep cleaning as required.
• Using cleaning equipment, machinery and chemicals while following health and safety guidance.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility to assist with other cleaning requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Welsh (verbal Level 1).

Salary: £25,949 (Including Real Living Wage Supplement). Hourly rate: £13.45. Contract hours: 6 hours 30 minutes per week.
