Job Overview:

Blue Water Recruitment Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Value Manager to join our growing Cardiff-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and deliver social value strategies that create lasting, positive impact within local communities, while supporting business growth and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage social value strategies across multiple projects

* Deliver measurable social value outcomes in line with client expectations and frameworks

* Lead community engagement initiatives and outreach programmes

* Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, schools, charities, and stakeholders

* Support bid submissions with creative and compliant social value proposals

* Monitor, track, and report on social value performance and KPIs

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Social Value, CSR, or Community Engagement role

* Strong understanding of social value frameworks (e.g. TOMS, Social Value Act)

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

* Proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable:

* Experience with in construction or recruitment sectors

* Knowledge of public sector procurement and tender processes
