The Role

As an Aqua Flex Printer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

• Operating Flexo presses to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Complete make-ready efficiently and in accordance with work instructions and product specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.
• Conduct and complete thorough quality checks for print clarity, colour consistency, registration, and ink adhesion in line with product specifications and BRC standards.
• Maintain high production efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep everything running smoothly.
• Follow all safety rules and report any concerns to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
• Keep workspace clean and organised through daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning of plates, cylinders, and ink pans.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Experience in printing operations (preferred but not required).
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

40 hours per week averaged over 3-week shift pattern of Days / Afternoons / Nights.

Week 1 – Day Shift (44 h):
Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM;
Friday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Week 2 – Afternoon Shift (32 h):
Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Week 3 – Nights (44 h):
Sunday to Thursday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• 26 days holiday plus standard bank holidays.
