• Assess, plan and deliver high-quality nursing care
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory standards
• Administer medication safely in accordance with policies and professional guidelines
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise, support and mentor junior staff and staff nurse colleagues
• Attend mandatory training and contribute to continuous improvement
• Maintain dignity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
