Essential:

* Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN

* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills

* A caring and empathetic approach to resident care.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Previous experience in a care home setting
