Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

£20.00-£20.50 per hour | Full-Time Days or Part-Time Nights

What We're Looking For

  • Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
    .
  • A minimum of two years' experience within a Nursing Home setting.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care and clinical best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, professional approach with a genuine commitment to supporting older adults.

Your Role

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
  • Administer medications and carry out clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans.
  • Monitor residents' health, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
  • Lead and support Care Assistants, promoting best practice across the team.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to creating a warm, respectful, and homely environment where residents feel valued and supported.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, verification of the right to work in the UK, and any other pre-employment checks required for the role.
