Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Site Lead | Hinkley Point C (HPC) | Nuclear New Build Are you an experienced Quality professional with a strong background in manufacturing, construction or nuclear projects? Boccard is looking for a Quality Control Site Lead to join our team at Hinkley Point C , one of the UK's most significant nuclear new build projects. In this role, you will lead and develop the Quality Control team, oversee inspections and Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), drive a Right First-Time culture, and ensure compliance with nuclear quality requirements, welding standards and project specifications.

What you'll bring: ? Extensive quality experience within manufacturing, construction or regulated industries ? Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems ? Experience leading quality teams and driving continuous improvement ? Understanding of welding, NDT and inspection processes ? Ability to investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions ? Knowledge of nuclear quality requirements and standards (RCC-M, ISO 19443 or Nuclear New Build experience highly desirable) Why join Boccard?
