wagamama is seeking a junior sous chef to support leading the shifts and kitchen team, ensuring dishes are made to order with pride. You’ll work closely with the management team to run a vibrant, high-performing kitchen.
You’ll focus on maintaining food quality, health and safety standards, and understanding the financial performance of the kitchen including stock control and labour cost, while coaching and growing your team.
