Job Summary

Retail Supervisor – Full Time

Location:

Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf.

39 hours per week across 5 days. Full‑time shift flexibility required, including weekends.
Pay: £13.61 per hour, guaranteed 39 hours, equating to at least £530 per week.
Overtime may be available.

• Support manager and lead the team to run an efficient shop and provide excellent service
• Take responsibility for shop operation during manager’s absence: customer service, deliveries, shop routines, safety, cleanliness
• Open and close shop, handle cash, place orders, develop retail assistants
• Control operational costs: shrinkage, waste, payroll

• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach
• Excellent people skills and ability to build strong working relationships
• Trustworthy and reliable; essential for small team
• Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industry is desirable but not mandatory

• Completion of Employment Verification check
• Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check (Scotland) if successful
