We have a fantastic new Opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to support Pontypridd, Caerphilly, Rhondda Valleys & Bargoed areas. If you are looking to build your career in sales, this is a great opportunity to work with our much‑loved brands, such as Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and many more.

Our Field Sales Executives work closely with a range of customers including Cash & Carry wholesalers and local stores, building strong relationships by helping them grow their snacking range by optimising sales, driving promotions and launching new products.

• Sell our market‑leading brands Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts and Oreo to independent and symbol retailers on a regular basis.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place and implement point‑of‑buy materials.
• Report on activities.
• Deliver field KPIs and hit annual objectives.

• Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG but other fields considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• A driver’s licence is essential with a maximum of 3 points. Comfortable with driving either an automatic or manual vehicle.

• Hengoed CF82
• Rhondda Valleys – Tonypandy CF40, Porth CF39, Pentre CF41
• Treorchy CF42, CF43, CF38, CF43

• Permanent contract, beginning with a 6‑month probation period.
• Work schedule Monday to Friday (8:30am‑5:00pm).
